Robert H. Anderson & Associates, Inc. is structured to complement
the staffs of local, county and state governments and private
development companies. RHA&A has a staff of professional technical
personnel as well as support personnel.
We
are large enough to provide a comprehensive range of engineering
and field services, and small enough to insure that clients
receive the personal attention and responsiveness for which
RHA&A is known.
RHA&A completed a Peer Review Program conducted
by the American Consulting Engineering Council. Our Quality
Assurance Program includes the following objectives:
- To
meet or exceed our clients' expectations
of the services and products for which they have contracted;
- To
always do work right the first time in order
to eliminate unnecessary costs of correcting and redoing work;
- To
reduce costs by providing procedures, methods and documentation
for the consistent and effective project management;
- To
develop services that are tailored to our
clients' needs;
- To
maintain a work environment that is conducive to high-tech
processing methods and maximum employee productivity.
Our Quality Assurance Program requires up-front
planning and communication of each project's team responsibilities,
schedule, budget, applicable standards and requirements, special
conditions and quality review process.

Robert H. Anderson & Associates, Inc. has a comprehensive
computer networking system for shared-file access for administrative
and engineering functions. This network supports 30 workstations.
Our communications server allows remote access to our network
by all field personnel, and provides Internet access and file
transfers to various agencies and clients. RHA&A's CADD
network enables us to provide consistently accurate, high quality
work products. Plans are prepared using the Bentley Systems
CADD software MicroStation J and MicroStation V8.
RHA&A maintains a full range of peripherals, including
CD writers, plotters, laser jet printers and modems with access
to thermal, dye sublimation and wax transfer printers, electrostatic
monochrome and color plotters capable of modem transfer to plotting
services.
Utilization of engineering software is an integral part of
the design and analysis performed by RHA&A and include:
